Ted and his Congressional associates forget that we have 3 branches of Government. Their job is Legislative which means they're supposed to enact laws. If the President vetoes one of their laws and they don't like that the Congress has the power to override the veto (provided the law is not unconstitutional.) (Supreme Court) If there is an indictment to be made, it is of the legislature who has failed.&lt;br&gt;It is baffling that the Congress has allowed such an injustice to exist.&lt;br&gt;Ted Kennedy and his cohorts need to understand their part in a Government  (Federal, State and Local) which no longer provides the  provides the most basic of government service, (protection of the people and Nation, infrastructure that is maintained) but tries to do every little thing for the people which ,of course, it can never do in a free nation.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">jacrlsn</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 29 Aug 2007 10:54:18 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
