    Well said Mr Armerding. But I'll tell you, I wouldn't trust this government in Massachusetts,whether it be the governor, the legislature, or the justice system to do anything for the people. They may try to make it look like they do things for the people, but in the final analysis it most always is to the people or against the people. Then again, since it is the general population who put them where they are and continually feed their insatiable lust for power by re-electing them maybe the blame lies with us and we are getting what we deserve.

    Well who wouldn't feel more threatened by the government tracking phone calls to known terrorists in afghanistan than by the state simply following your every move whenever you step out the door? One is unfair to people who may only want to kill us while the other will raise money for bike paths.

    What has happened to us that no one else is speaking up against even the thought of this?
    The people of Massachusetts are either too numb to understand the enormity of the proposal or just don't give a damn.
